font-resizing in IE/win (with font-size 24px on body)

IE/win will allow resizing of pixel-based fonts, if relative font-size keywords are used at intermediate stages before any other relative font-size units are applied.

IE/win's 'em font-resizing bug' is fixed for this (h2) headline.

The effect is tested in IE6, in 'standard' and 'quirks' mode.

IE/win can not resize this text, since this paragraph is outside the elements that has relative font-size keywords.
